I tried returning an item it’s been a total pain. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, it felt like they were just sending the same copy-and-paste replies. I’m still waiting on my refund, and it doesn’t seem like anyone really cares. Super frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

I wanted to like this towel, but after just a couple of washes it started feeling thin and kind of cheap. It also doesn’t absorb as well anymore, and I noticed some of the stitching coming loose. For the price, I expected it to hold up much better. Overall, I’m let down and don’t feel good about buying it again.

I picked up a Dock & Bay towel for the gym and travel because everyone seems to rave about how compact and quick-drying they are. To be fair, it does fold down small and it dries fast when it’s hanging up, so I can’t really complain about that part.

That said, I kind of had a feeling these super-thin travel towels wouldn’t dry like a normal towel, that’s exactly what happened. When I use it after a shower, it mostly feels like it’s just moving the water around instead of actually soaking it up, and I still feel damp afterward.

Maybe I went in expecting too much, but for the price I really thought it would perform better. It’s convenient to pack and carry, sure, but as an actual towel, it’s underwhelming. I’d give it 2 stars.

Well... I was hoping this would pack down smaller than it does. It’s a bit bulky and kind of annoying to carry around, especially when I’m trying to save space

I really wanted to like Dock & Bay because I’ve heard good things, but the color choices just felt kind of boring to me and then some of the designs were way too bright or not really my style at all so I kept looking thinking I’d find something more simple, but nothing really stood out and I ended up not buying anything.

The towel looks great hanging in the bathroom, but it barely dries me off. I ended up needing to grab another towel afterward, which was disappointing. I also reached out about it and the replies felt like they were coming from robots answering emails, not an actual person trying to help.

I washed this towel once and the seams already started fraying. Frustrating, because now I have to deal with trimming loose threads or returning it, which is just extra work I didn’t need

I was hoping this would handle sand a little better, but it still ended up sticking all over it. Maybe it works better in some situations, but for me it was hit or miss.

My first impression was frustrating because the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I had no idea what was going on and ended up having to chase it myself. Not the best experience, tbh.
